How to Use
Holding bottle 3-6 inches away, spray directly onto cleansed, affected areas of the back, shoulders and chest. Let dry prior to putting on clothes. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two to three times daily if needed, or as directed by a physician. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.

Smells like eucalyptus and battery acid, and feels like it too!

I usually use it right after my wife pops all my zits and I shower... Not the smartest, it BURNS if it gets into you.Also have to hold your breath, it's like spraying battery acid into the air. Seems to work great though! Really eats up the clogged pores on my back. Just wish it sprayed better upside down.

Make sure you don’t breathe while spraying the product because the smell is so strong but it works really well.

Just another salicylic acid product...

Not the silver bullet reviews made it seem like, so for $40 pretty disappointing. It's pretty much like any other 2% salicylic acid product, but much easier to use for back acne because it is a spray and has the upside-down spraying capability. Is it worth $40? probably not.
