For over 20 years, Glytone has created every product with unmatched care and passion. Should you choose to return a product, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Options

We strive to make returns easy and flexible, offering both refunds and store credit within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Refund: Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method, which can be initiated directly through our returns portal.

  • Store Credit: You may also choose store credit, which is issued as account credit and can be used anytime toward future purchases. Make sure to use the same email address to login. 

Both options provide a seamless process, ensuring you have flexibility in how you wish to handle returns.

Return Process

To make a return, simply follow these steps:

  1. Access the Returns Portal: Visit our returns portal and provide your order details, including your name and email.
  2. Select Return Options: Choose whether you’d like a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
  3. Receive and Print Label: A return shipping label will be provided. Print it and attach it to your package.
  4. Send Your Package: Drop off your package with the attached return label.

Once we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, we’ll initiate the completion of your return, issuing either a refund or store credit based on your selection.

Glytone monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns in all instances. Only applicable for purchases made directly on glytone.com. There are no cash refunds.
