What is the Status of My Order?

You may check the status of your order by visiting the Order Status Page. This is the quickest way to get the most current information regarding your glytone-usa.com Orders.

Click on the respective Order Number on the Order Status page to view the Order Details, including Billing and Shipping information.

How Do I Track My Orders

All of our order are shipped via UPS. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details and your UPS tracking number.

Upon shipment, your tracking number will also be displayed. To track you order, click the tracking number on Order Status page to view the delivery status of your order. Please keep in mind that some carriers take 24 – 48 hours to update tracking information after the order is shipped.

What Is The Glytone Return Policy?

For over 20 years, Glytone has created every product with unmatched care and passion. Should you choose to return a product in unopened and sellable condition, we will happily refund the original credit card if returned to Customer Service within 60 days. Unfortunately, we cannot honor returns received more than 60 days from the order shipment date.

Only applicable for purchases made directly on glytone.com. All returns must include original receipt. There are no cash refunds. All sale items are final sale – no exchanges or refunds.

Is there data showing the efficacy of the products?

Yes, for certain lines, efficacy and tolerability are documented by clinical studies.

Why are certain products reserved for professional use only?

Certain Glytone products contain high levels of active ingredients that are exclusive for professional use.

Does using AHA products increase sensitivity to the sun?

Yes. Alpha Hydroxyacid (AHA) products do increase sun sensitivity, so make sure to use adequate SPF daily. Always consult a physician when using products that contain AHA.

Can I use Glytone products while pregnant or nursing?

Before using any product, you should consult your physician.

What does Glycolic acid do?

Glycolic acid is a well-known exfoliating agent used to remove the old dead skin cells on the skin’s outermost surface, and has been used for many years.

How can I even out my skin tone?

Glytone has customizable home care regimens that can help even out your skin. Depending on the severity, your physician can prescribe AHA or prescription-strength products.

Do Glytone products have any side effects?

Like all products, unexpected side effects may occur. Glytone products are formulated and tested to minimize those effects. It is highly recommended to follow your physician’s advice and report any side effects to your health care professional.

What makes Glytone glycolic acid different than other glycolic acid lines?

Glytone is different because we use Free Acid Values as the amount of glycolic acid that comes in contact with the skin.

What can I expect during a peel procedure?

During a Glytone by Enerpeel procedure, depending on your skin type, you should expect to feel a slight tingling sensation that dissipates quickly after the procedure. If the tingling sensation continues or if burning appears, consult your doctor immediately.

How can I take care of my skin after a peel?

Your physician will recommend the appropriate Glytone regimen to use at home to maintain the benefits of your peel.

What effect does prolonged sun exposure have on the skin?

Prolonged sun exposure can lead to premature wrinkling, severe hyperpigmentation, skin laxity, and skin cancer. To prevent these, the use of sunscreen and/or wearing protective clothing as well as limiting sun exposure is recommended.

What causes wrinkles?

Wrinkles are caused by several reasons. Wrinkles are an inevitable part of the natural aging process. As we become older our skin get thinner, drier and less elastic, mainly due to a breakdown of collagen and elastin that are responsible for keeping the skin tight. Wrinkles can also be caused by overexposure to harmful UV rays as well as smoking, pollution, etc.
